For eyes: you should always use protective glasses when dealing with this acid. However, if it gets contacted with your eyes, then you should gently wash your eyes with warm water. Warm water can remove the acid particles from your eyes. 

For skin: if the protective layers cannot prevent this acid from contacting your skin, then you should remove the protective clothes. You should keep flashing warm water on your skin. This acid can be poisonous. Thus, you need to call the doctor immediately.
